OpenCredo's blue-chip client list of financial and commercial organisations are pushing us to increase the number of OpenCredo onsite consultants and developers to assist with their new programmes and expedite existing projects.
We are looking for individuals who are comfortable providing advice and assistance based upon their experience whilst participating as part of a small team to deliver business critical applications to defined timescales.

In terms of skills our projects can be extremely diverse, as can our clients. However as a guide we are looking for individuals who have proven capabilities with the following:
- Spring Framework (2.5.x and above)
- J2SE 5 and above
- ORM systems, i.e. Hibernate
- RDBMS, i.e. Oracle, SQLServer, Sybase
Expertise in one or more of the following areas is also useful:
- Web Development including one or more of the following: HTML, AJAX, Spring MVC/Webflow, Flex
- Domain Driven Design
- Agile Practices (TDD, BDD, etc).
- Cloud Computing, especially VCloud and AWS
- Scrum
- High availability, low latency Event Driven Architectures, including knowledge of Enterprise Integration Patterns and use of Spring Integration
- High level systems analysis, capture and communication
